LANCE HUMPHREYS - MANAGING PARTNER, 410 INVESTMENTS
Lance Humphreys is the managing partner of Triad & 410 Investments, both focused on commercial real estate and private equity. He previously founded Anthology, a national luxury property management and hospitality firm. He also founded Bloom, a social entrepreneurship firm that gives vulnerable women the opportunity to own their own business. Lance and his wife Stacy are both Oklahoma City natives and are dedicated to encouraging young leaders in and for the city.

As the Founder of CloudFactory, Mark Sears has scaled the company into a leader in AI data labeling with a global team of 7000. After 15 years at the helm, he recently transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman and is now channeling his expertise into a new endeavor—a redemptive AI venture studio. The studio is looking to co-build with other redemptive entrepreneurs to leverage AI to address the major issues of our times. Residing in Durham, NC, this proud Canadian continues his aim to inspire and lead in the ever-evolving world of technology and AI.
JOHN WATKINS - CO-PRINCIPAL, COHATCH REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT VENTURES
John has 35+ years of experience building world-class organizations in Asia and the United States. He is currently a co-principal of COhatch Regional Development Ventures, LLC, the development arm of COhatch (www.cohatch.com). Previously, John held China-, Asia- and global-CEO positions at VOID Asia (Disney-backed), CRH plc, ASC Fine Wines, AVIAGE Systems (a GE company), Cummins Inc., and Northwest Airlines. John was twice elected chairman of The American Chamber of Commerce in China and was active in US-China commercial relations for three decades. John was “employee #1” at two companies during his corporate career that later created $1 billion+ in value. An active business leader and community builder, John also served as Chairman of the Beijing International Christian Fellowship and Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives in China. John and Dinah recently celebrated 35 years of marriage and reside in Los Angeles. They have two children and two grandchildren.
PATRICK COLLETTI - FOUNDER/CEO, COSAGE AND NET HEALTH
At Net Health, Patrick has served as President, COO, and CRO. As the Chief Innovation Officer, he leads attraction and growth functions including marketing, incubating new ideas as the EIR, and overseeing the innovation portfolio from launch through commercialization. Patrick’s previous experience includes strategy and sales roles with Dorland Data Networks and American Lawyer Media, where he was part of the team that launched the online marketplace and content portal, now LAW.com. Current and past directorships include Net Health, Careform (ConnectiveRx), National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), SDC, Near Health, PLF, and the Pittsburgh Technology Council. In 2010, along with CTO Chris Hayes, he won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Patrick is a graduate of Muskingum University, with majors in Business and Philosophy.
EMILY WANG - PARTNER, GRIFFIN GAMING PARTNERS
Emily Wang contributes deal evaluation and execution skills to Griffin Gaming Partners, having advised on over $15 billion of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, including Next Games, N3TWORK, and platforms like GameSpot, GameFAQs, and Metacritic. Formerly a Managing Director at Code Advisors and previously at J.P. Morgan.

Patrick Riley is the CEO the GAN which is a highly-curated community of independent accelerators, corporates, and investors. GAN connects startups to the social and financial resources they need so that entrepreneurs and the cities they call home become increasingly whole. He's also Managing Partner of GAN Ventures, the VC fund associated with GAN.
SCOTT SUGINO - PARTNER, O’MELVENY
Scott Sugino is a corporate partner based in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles and Tokyo offices who specializes in technology-focused mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, strategic alliances, and IP transactions.
ERIN MILLIGAN - CEO, P3MOBILITY/SONAMORE GROUP
Erin Milligan has a diverse leadership and business background, including top operational and board-level roles in start-ups, growth stage companies, nonprofit organizations and for-profit enterprises. She has invested in and built companies with disruptive technologies and business models and currently serves as CEO of P3Mobility, a software company which supports the monetization of V2X services. Erin has significant C-level management consulting expertise with Fortune 1000 companies and was a Worldwide Partner and Executive Compensation & Human Capital Practice Leader at Mercer. She holds a JD from York University and a BA in Mathematics from University of Western Ontario. Erin is a dual Canadian-US citizen and currently divides her time between Ann Arbor, MI, and Toronto, Canada.
CODY NATH - PRESIDENT, REFINED TECHNOLOGIES
Cody is the President & CEO of Refined Technologies, Inc (RTI), a leading industrial services provider to the refining and petrochemical market. He also helps to lead Southern Brush, Inc, a pipeline right-of-way service business and serves as the lead investor in WiseRock, a Praxis accelerator business from the 2021 cohort. In the non-profit arena, Cody helped to found a ministry called CrossWalk Center (CWC) Houston focused on helping men and women re-enter society from incarceration through Christian discipleship, housing, and employment. RTI currently employees >15 CWC clients. Cody also serves on the National Leadership Council for World Vision and is actively involved with them to bring clean water to Honduras. Cody lives in The Woodlands, TX, with his wife Christine and their two children Ezra (8) and Magnolia (6).
BARRY ROWAN - CO-FOUNDER, ROWAN
Barry Rowan is a seasoned executive with experience in C-suite roles, leading eight businesses in technology and communications, one of which sold for $10 billion. He now focuses on developing people and organizations through board service, writing, speaking, and mentoring, grounded in character-based leadership. With a background as CEO, President, and CFO, he has completed over $20 billion in capital markets and M&A transactions. Barry is also dedicated to giving back, serving as a trustee for multiple universities and educational institutions.
STEPHANIE HARBOUR - CEO, SSH ASSOCIATES
Stephanie Harbour is an executive coach and strategic consultant to CEOs, as well as an early-stage investor. She has also been a startup founder. Stephanie started her career on Wall Street advising consumer products and retail companies including PepsiCo, Hershey, and Polo Ralph Lauren. She has also served as a director for several nonprofit organizations and in leadership at the local church. Stephanie graduated from Princeton University and currently lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband and three sons.

Paul Wallace has spent over 25 years in venture capital and private equity. He has served as a Partner and GP at three investment firms, personally participating in more than 100 transactions representing over $1b in invested capital. Most recently, Paul spent a decade building a unique strategic investment model at the Heritage Group, raising three funds ($700m+ AUM) from the nation’s leading health systems and insurers to invest in innovation. The success of this ‘double bottom line’ approach helped shift his focus to the promise of social impact investing. His enthusiasm lies in the development and expansion of commercial models that leverage capital markets to address social needs. Paul graduated from the University of Richmond (BA) and Northwestern University (MBA). He and his wife Missy love the outdoors and recently completed the 500-mile Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. They live in Nashville and have three children.
