James Reiner has served as President and Executive Director of Belay Enterprises since 1999, spearheading the launch of various business ventures aimed at providing redemptive employment. He collaborates with Christian business leaders to create, resource, and partner with enterprises offering opportunities to individuals rebuilding lives from addiction, homelessness, prison, or poverty. Reiner's expertise lies in entrepreneurship, marketing, and social venture incubation.

DANA WICHTERMAN - SENIOR ADVISOR, IMPACT FOUNDATION
Dana Wichterman manages her family’s capital and foundation. Through a strategy of giving and investing Oakton Foundation and Catalytic Capital seek to advance the Kingdom of God by lifting up the good, true and beautiful. Oakton Foundation and Catalytic Capital employ charitable giving and impact investing to accomplish their missional purpose with a lens for sustainability, strategic targeting, and high impact with scale. Both entities have focused on poverty alleviation, anti-human trafficking, justice, cultural renewal, and racial reconciliation. Dana has an M.A. in International Relations from Columbia University. Her professional career is in foreign aid via government, nonprofit and market-based interventions. She has lived in the developing world and traveled extensively. Her current passion is in faith driven investing.
VIVIAN LONG - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, LONG FAMILY DOUNDATION
Vivian Long is the Executive Director for the Long Family Foundation (LFF). In her role, Vivian leads the Foundation's strategy of strengthening family connectedness through the shared activity of giving, developing trusted relationships with partners, and investing in organizational health. Vivian received both her BA and MPA from New York University. She currently serves on the boards of Asian American Futures, China Institute, and Every Mother’s Advocate, and is a member of the Generosity Commission's Faith and Giving Task Force.
MATT RUSTEN - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MADE TO FLOURISH
Matt Rusten serves as the President for Made to Flourish. Rusten received his master of divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and is pursuing his doctor of ministry in faith, work, economics, and vocation from Fuller Seminary.
DAVID WILLS - PRESIDENT EMERITUS, NCF
David Wills is President Emeritus of National Christian Foundation (NCF). He served as NCF president starting in 1998. NCF is the world’s largest Christian grant-making foundation, serving more than 13,000 families. Historically, NCF has distributed more than $6 billion in grants to more than 40,000 charitable organizations all over the world. Wills has co-authored two books, Investing in God’s Business and Family.Money, as well as numerous articles. Wills serves on multiple boards, including The River Foundation, ProVision Foundation, Global Generosity Foundation, Issachar Initiative, Chick-fil-A Foundation, and Generous Giving, of which he is Co-Founder.

IRWYN INCE - COORDINATOR, PCA MISSION TO NORTH AMERICA
Rev. Dr. Irwyn Ince serves as a pastor at Grace DC Presbyterian Church and Director of the Grace DC Institute for Cross-Cultural Mission (ICCM). ICCM is a non-profit entity dedicated to equipping churches with the confidence and competence to welcome others the way Jesus welcomes us. Dr. Ince is a graduate of City College of NY (B.E.E.E, 1995), Reformed Theological Seminary (M.A.R., 2006), and Covenant Theological Seminary (D.Min., 2016). He and his wife, Kim, have been married 29 years, and have four children. In addition to his passion for his family and for ministry, he is passionate about coffee and kettlebells. He is the author of The Beautiful Community: Unity, Diversity and the Church at Its Best.
JENA LEE NARDELLA - VENTURE PARTNER, PRAXIS
Jena is currently advising family foundations. Prior to that, she led the fundraising & communications efforts for Justice Defenders, a 2017 Nonprofit. She spent 7 years as Partner for the Nonprofit Portfolio at Praxis, and served as a primary coach for 100+ Fellows from 6 cohorts. As a co-author of the Redemptive Nonprofit Playbook, Jena is a passionate advocate for a redemptive rethinking in the nonprofit sector. At the start of her career, Jena served as co-founder and Executive Director of Blood:Water, which she founded alongside the band, Jars of Clay. She and her husband, James, have two children and live in Boston.

Sheeba Philip equips leaders that make the world a better place. She has built purpose-driven startup, mid-size, and Fortune 50 businesses spanning multiple industries and sectors. She led multi-billion dollar brands like JCPenney and Oreo, as well as the marketing efforts for International Justice Mission. She was recently the CEO of Akola, a luxury jewelry brand and retail start-up that empowers marginalized women in Eastern Africa. Sheeba leads an advisory practice that supports CEOs in developing the growth agenda for purpose-driven start-ups and non-profit organizations. She is a board member for Redeemer City to City, a ministry founded by Tim Keller and Lion's Den DFW.
JOSH KWAN - PRESIDENT, THE GATHERING
Josh Kwan is the President of The Gathering, a community of philanthropists motivated by their faith to steward their resources wisely. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Partner at Praxis, and he led grantmaking and impact investing to fight global poverty at the David Weekley Family Foundation (now Dovetail Impact Foundation). Josh also co-founded and served on the board of Abide, the world’s most popular Christian meditation app,. As a journalist, he has been published in The San Jose Mercury News, The Wall Street Journal, and Stanford Social Innovation Review. Josh lives with his wife and two girls near San Francisco.

Molly Heacock is a wife, mother, and public health practitioner dedicated to integrating physical and spiritual care. As Managing Director of Untold, she leads teams in the U.S. and Africa to empower people to live beyond AIDS. With a background in global health, she focuses on public health practice. In her free time, she volunteers as a full-spectrum birth doula in Atlanta.
