DEBRA MCCOY
Debra McCoy collaborates with leaders of investment firms, privately held companies, and public corporations to advance strategic decisions. As an investor, she was part of both public market and private equity fund allocation teams. Her general management and capital markets roles have included asset management and allocation, banking, academia, and strategy, which brought her around the world to Bangkok, Delhi, Dubai, Johannesburg, New York, Washington DC, the Bay Area, and Houston. Debra graduated from Howard University (BA) and Harvard (MBA). She also served as a nonpartisan, presidentially appointed White House Fellow at the U.S. Department of State.
GREG JONES - PRESIDENT, BELMONT UNIVERSITY
Professor Jones is the President of Belmont University and a theologian whose work centers on the nature of forgiveness, the significance of Christian ministry and pastoral leadership, and social innovation and entrepreneurship. He formerly held the position of Dean at Duke's Divinity School and served as the Chief International Strategist, coordinating and advancing the university's global initiatives. Between 1997 and 2010, Dr. Jones served as the eleventh dean of the Divinity School. The author or editor of seventeen books, he has also published more than 200 articles and essays. His most recent book is Christian Social Innovation: Renewing Wesleyan Witness (Abingdon Press, May 2016). He coauthored the book Forgiving As We’ve Been Forgiven with Celestin Musekura and another book with Kevin R. Armstrong, Resurrecting Excellence: Shaping Faithful Christian Ministry.
JO RICE - NED, FINDLAY PARK
Jo co-founded non-profit Resurgo in 2003 and has just stepped down as CEO after 21 years. Jo authored and delivered the Spear Programme at Resurgo, a coaching programme for unemployed young people facing multiple barriers to employment, now considered the most effective employability programme in the UK serving 1000+ young people each year. Jo also built Resurgo’s consulting arm which supports organisations (churches and businesses) to build strong organisational culture and meaningful social impact programmes. Jo is now seeking her next venture. She is an ICF accredited executive coach and also serves as a Non-Exec Director for London based asset management firm, Findlay Park and Trustee for IJM UK.
JESSICA MUNRO - CO-FOUNDER, KINGDOMHAUS
Jess Munro loves working with entrepreneurs to discover their calling and pioneer new territory through their ventures. She and her husband Bart (inaugural Praxis Fellow) lead a hospitality venture, KingdomHaus, building a network of properties and hosted experiences for people to taste and take-home Kingdom Living. She teaches at Stanford's design school (“the d.school”) where her team imagines new futures for higher ed in which students "declare a mission, not a major." During her years at IDEO, she kickstarted its Design for Social Impact domain and its open-source toolkit for social entrepreneurs around the globe. It was one of her greatest joys to join the founding team to launch a pan-African Leadership Academy and serve as inaugural Entrepreneurship faculty and Dean of Students. She has integrated faith+innovation for over 15 years, starting with a Cape Town venture to coach small business owners. She can often be found building inventions with her four creative kiddos.
BEN TEAGUE - CEO, KINSTONE COMMUNITIES; TEAGUE INVESTMENTS
Ben Teague lives in Atlanta with his wife of 23 years, Jessica, and their four kids (17, 13, 12, and 10). Passionate about community development, he founded Kinstone Communities in 2019, an innovative property management company that uniquely empowers an onsite team to operate communities that the Teague family owns. Ben is also a General Partner of Teague Investments, which owns over 6,000 apartments and other various assets, and leads the family’s charitable efforts giving away $4M - $5M annually. He was a Praxis Capital Fellow in 2022-23.
JEFF PINNEO - TRUSTEE, M.J. MURDOCK CHARITABLE TRUST
As a CEO Mentor, Jeff partners with C-level leaders as they work to accomplish their objectives and enhance positive impact upon their organizations. From his vantage point of experience, he provides guidance and advice to a select number of high-level leaders. He recently transitioned from nearly 13 years as President and CEO in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, with 8 1/2 years at Horizon Air followed by 4 years with the Oregon based global health non-profit, Medical Teams International. Throughout his 33 years in the airline industry, Pinneo held a variety of leadership positions in the areas of marketing, sales, operations and customer service. Currently, he serves as a trustee for the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, a foundation supporting the work of thousands of non-profit organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest, and sits on the board for Seattle Hospitality Group of Companies. He has served on several governing and advisory boards in both academia and youth services including Seattle Pacific University's College of Business & Economics, National Board of Advisors at Washington State University's College of Business, Bellevue Boys and Girls Club and the Presidential Advisory Board of Point Loma Nazarene University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Graziadio School of Business & Management from Pepperdine University. Jeff and his wife, Janey, live in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
IAN NOYES - AREA DIRECTOR, NATIONAL CHRISTIAN FOUNDATION
Ian brings over two decades of experience in ministry leadership to his current work with the National Christian Foundation in California. Over the years, he has been encouraged to know God’s faithfulness in a wide variety of ministry contexts from a church plant just west of the Tetons to a large congregation on the doorstep of UC Berkeley. His current work with NCF is a continuation of this call to encourage hearts transformed and lives enlarged by the generous gift of God’s grace. He is glad to join others similarly committed to grow in generosity, not as an end in itself, but as an occasion to boldly hazard the faith, humility, and courage that make life with God such a grand adventure. He currently lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, Mindy, and their three children, along with two dogs, five chickens, and too many bees to count.
ATUL TANDON - CEO, OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL
Atul Tandon is a global leader known for building and turning around for-profit and non-profit enterprises. Currently CEO of Opportunity International, he designs financial solutions for families in poverty. Previously, he founded the Tandon Institute, led United Way Worldwide's International Network, and expanded World Vision's global initiatives. Tandon also had a successful career in global financial services, including at Citibank. He received Ideagen's Global Leadership Award in 2019 and NonProfit PRO's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021.
RYAN BUCHANAN - CHAIRMAN, THESIS
Ryan Buchanan founded Thesis, a digital marketing agency, to inspire and be inspired by partnering with great brands. Ryan has a marketing mindset with an innate curiosity to stay ahead of the frenetic pace of growth in digital marketing channels and trends. He is an entrepreneur with early experience growing an email marketing agency into a full digital agency focused on strategic planning and creative execution of digital campaigns.
MICHAEL ALLEN - CO-FOUNDER, TOGETHER CHICAGO
Michael Allen, born in Kingston, Jamaica, immigrated to the USA in 1977. From 1997-2002, he was Assistant Pastor at The Moody Church, and from 2005-2020, he served as Senior Pastor at Uptown Baptist Church (Chicago, IL). Since 1998, he's been Vice Chairman of the Board at Pacific Garden Mission (Chicago, IL) and Co-Founder/CSO of Together Chicago since 2017. Married to Marilza, they have four children. Michael holds an associate's degree in Applied Computer Electronics, a BA in Biblical Studies from Trinity International University, and an MDiv in Urban Ministry from TIU's Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Amy Barton, CAP®, serves as the Director of Philanthropy Services at Tolleson Wealth Management. In her role, Amy assists families with their charitable giving to make an impact in the world through management of family foundations, donor-advised funds and consulting for sophisticated philanthropic projects. She leads Tolleson’s Faith Forum Initiative, which convenes families of faith to align their giving with their faith.Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Amy was a fund development executive with more than ten years of experience in leading organizations to develop and implement strategies to fulfill their charitable goals. Amy is adept at cultivating and maintaining strong relationships among a variety of public and private entities, and she has significant experience in program development, including strategic planning, grant making and partnership management.
